Get ready for an electrifying weekend as Germantown High School's FIRST Robotics Competition Team 5096, The Teutonic Force, takes on the Wisconsin Regional at the WI State Fair Expo Hall on Saturday, April 5th, and Sunday, April 6th, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Watch as teams from across the region put their engineering skills, strategy, and teamwork to the test in a high-energy, fast-paced competition featuring industrial-sized robots built from the ground up!
The FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is more than just a game-it's a global movement that inspires the next generation of innovators. Students design, build, and program complex robots to compete in dynamic, sports-like challenges that push the boundaries of creativity and technology. This event is a key step toward the FIRST World Championship, and Team 5096 needs your support as they fight for a spot in the playoffs!
All students and families are invited to be part of the excitement (best to join on Saturday!). Admission is free, and no registration is required-just show up and experience the thrill of STEM in action!

It was a great week for Gtown Soccer! JV soccer kicked off their season on Thursday with a 7-1 win at Kettle Moraine Lutheran. Germantown took an early lead with a well-placed goal in the first half by Isabella Voss before conceding a goal to KML and going into half-time tied at 1-1. The second half was all Germantown as they scored six unanswered goals to finish the game with a 7-1 victory. Goal scorers in the second half were Claire Kamyszek (2), Claire Holke, Taylor Petska, Abigail Humphriss, and Quinn Nelson. It was a great team win! Next up is a trip to Union Grove on Tuesday and at Menomonee Falls on Thursday for both JV and Varsity!
